Liz Earl skin care starter kit

If you didn't know already I got given the Liz Earl skin care starter kit for my birthday after trying out the boosting skin tonic and absolutely loving it and wanted to try out everything else. The day after my birthday I couldn't wait for the end of the day to come so I could take out take off everything of make up off my face leaving it as smooth as it did twenty years ago.

Cleanse and hot cloth-The first step was to use the cleanse and polish hot cloth cleanser.I put a considerable amount onto my hands and started to rub with circular motions all over my face. After only a couple of minutes my make up imminently came completely off my face and all that was left was smooth, soft skin. It even managed to take off the majority of my eye make up but it needed a little bit more effort.  

Exfoliator-This is used in the next step of the skin routine. I really, really like this. It takes all the dirt out of your skin and leaves it feeling like brand new.

Boosting skin tonic-I've already written a post about this product so all I am going to say is that after using it my face was radiant and glowing.

Moisturiser-Finally the last step of the routine. I just love the feeling of this product. Just like the rest of the products it made my skin feel amazing and like brand new. Out of all the skin care products I've used this is by far the best. In the sense of the way it makes my skin feel and the way it looks. If your looking for a new skin care routine or just fancy trying something new, I defiantly recommend using this.

Clinique chubby stick contour

If you read my "what i got for my birthday" post, then you would of heard me write that one my presents was the clinique chubby contour stick. I had read and watched many fashion bloggers speak highly of this beauty product that like most other people i was dying to try out. Clinique has many other chubby stick products including the blush. But something about the contour stick that stuck out to me the most. When applying my make up on a daily basis putting on my bronza whether that is to contour or just to add warmth to my face, i just love the application of it.

At first looking at it i was a bit scared as the product is just like on large, brown crayon. But once i had figured it out, i had no fear at all. You just gently glide the stick onto your check bone area, the temples of your head and a little bit under the chin. These are the places where the light hits you the most. I then took my real techniquics brush and blended the contour in in till my checks looked like they had some check bone in them.

Once applied and blended it really gave my face a natural glow and warmth. Before hand i had no check bones and once i had put it on my face looked sculptured. It goes really well with my skin tone and lasted a really like time. I would recommended using the product on a night out perhaps with your friends or with your family.

Overall if your like your contouring you will defiantly like this product.  

what i got for my birthday 2015

Yesterday on the 20th May, i turned twenty years old. Even typing it now feels very strange. It's weird to think that i am no longer a teenager but i am very sure my twenties will be just as brilliant as my teenage years.

I was very spoilt as i received numerous gifts from friends and family giving me the idea of writing a post about all the thing that was given me to me.

Recently I've been trying to find a new shampoo and conditioner as Iv'e become bored of the one I was currently using. I felt as if I needed something that gave me that salon feeling you get where your hair is so smooth and shiny you just want to show it off to everyone.

Having curly, frizzy hair it's hard to find the perfect shampoo and conditioner to suit my hair and although I like this product, I still haven't fully find the perfect shampoo and conditioner.

This shampoo and conditioner is really affordable, I brought this in my local superdrug when it was on offer. As soon as I had brought I was so excited to use it, I used it the very next day on my hair. The first thing I noticed about it was the amazing smell it had. The sent was a mixture of vanilla and honey, my two favourite smells. The product it self is a golden colour to indicate the oil formula.The texture is really smooth and immediately gave my hair the hydration it needed.

The conditioner was the product that gave my hair the ultimate smoothness and felt as if my hair was super clean after. The thickness in texture gave it the softness my hair also needed.

After I had blow dried my hair that was when I could see the difference in my hair. It felt smooth, soft and clean. Just what I was looking for. I really like these products and would defiantly be buying it again in the future. And for a affordable price you can't go wrong. b

Liz Earle instant boost skin tonic

You know when you get to a certain age towards your birthday and there is just nothing you need? You have plenty of clothes, a brand new iphone and enough make up to last me a life time. That is the situation i am in right now. A week today i will be tuning twenty! It is officially my last week as a teenager and my mum and dad have been asking me what i want for my birthday and i just simply don't know. Then i started looking at my skincare and i probably should spend a little bit more on my skincare as your skin is going to stay with you for the rest of your life so i should take care of it.
That's when we i got the idea of having some luxurious skin care items to have as a birthday gift.

To start with I started to research the different varieties in skin care brands. I've heard many people talk about the Liz Earle range and thought it sounded quite a reasonable brand, not to expensive but not to cheap. My god mother heard that i wanted to get some Liz Earle sin care products and gave me her boost skin care tonic to test out and to see if i like it.

I started to use it straight away and really liked the way it made my skin look. It made my skin look glowing, radiant and made my make up sit better on my skin. The smell is a bonus also as it has a lovely smell of vanilla. I still have the other products to test out and hopefully they will be just as good as this one.

Nivea mincellar water

The other day browsing through the isles of superdrug (as always), i saw a new product from Nivea, this was there 3 in 1 mincellar cleansing water. I've been quite intrigued about cleansing waters ever since Garnier released their own version of cleansing waters. I've always liked the idea of a cleansing water as i'm so lazy with taking off my make up that the thought of just simply wiping away the many of products laying on my skin all with just a simple wipe is just like heaven to me.

When it first came out many of the beauty bloggers and vloggers i read and watch were promoting the product through their videos, blogs and other social media outlets. I myself was not sent this product, i simply went out and brought the product with my own money.

As soon as it came to the end of the day, i was as eager as christmas morning wanting to use my new make up remover as soon as possible. I got a cotton pad, added the watery solution and simply wiped away all the make up i had on all day. I can honestly say this is the best make up remover i have ever used. It's so easy to use and within a matter of minutes all your make is all gone. The one thing i will say about it is that it does come out quite fast so you have to be careful not too shake it about too quickly. otherwise you end up using more than you need. It doesn't irritate the skin at all and leaves it soft an smooth.
