It's been a while since I've written a blog post and I apologise for being away for so long. So much has happened in the last few months that it would take me all day to tell you. In a nut shell I've just started a new job and I finish university very soon and have a lot of work to complete.
For this reason I thought I would start off with something fun, and easy going with a couple of new makeup purchases I recently brought. It's part of a range I've wanted to try since it came out in Marks and Spencer's, and that is the Rosie Huntington-Whitley makeup range for Autograph. There is a large selection and out of the range I chose the bronzer and crème blush in the shade camisole.
The first thing that caught my eye more than the product itself was the packaging. It's in this gorgeous rose gold, metal light packaging that reflects the light so nicely. Their in a compact size enough for you to travel with or to keep in your bag for touch ups. For a high street brand their a really great quality and feel more expensive than they actually are. Most of the compact products have a mirror inside making it a multi purpose product.
Starting with the bronzer I made the mistake of putting too much on my brush so ended up with a large brown smudge across my check so you only need the smallest amount. For my skin tone it's perfect but for someone with a paler complexion may found it too orange and dark. It just adds a nice, natural, warm glow to the face.
The shade of the crème blush is a very different colour to one I would usually go for but I really like how it looks on my skin. The texture as the name suggest is very crèmey and feels really soft on the skin. The shade is perfect if your going for a golden, bronze look. Again you only need a small amount and I use my fingers to apply and blend with the fingers also.
Overall I would really recommended these products. Their great value of money and excellent quality and I will defiantly be trying more of her range in the future.
